But, I’m delighted to have finally returned to the mat as a student, re-engaging my practice and reclaiming my zen after a whirlwind season. All Levels Flow with Gail Connell

Rise and Flow! Start your Saturday morning with a gentle and strong practice. Gail gets it all in - grounding, movement, and meditation, and doesn’t cheat you out of savasana. She even brings the chocolate fairy to class with her. Learn more about the class on the Lift website. This class is not heated.

Outdoor yoga led by Kim Saunders. Check the Facebook page for the latest schedule. Classes are free and donations are always welcome. Vinyasa flow style practice with uplifting music and messages.

Lauren is a RYT200 Certified Yoga Instructor. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Lift Yoga + Body in Alpharetta, GA in December 2019.

She is also a Certified RAD Yoga Mobility Specialist through RAD Roller Systems.
