Healing through Movement • Yoga, Spin + Sound

Lauren is a longtime yogi, practicing for more than 20 years. Her practice is guided by her faith and study of yoga and the body. She believes deeply in the power of movement and meditation.

She recently decided to deepen her practice through a teacher training program. She did just that and acquired her RYT200 certification with Kim Saunders at Lift Yoga + Body in Alpharetta, GA. That experience was so powerful, she couldn’t help but share her practice with the world.

She first came to yoga as a teenager after an acupuncturist told her she had too much masculine energy. Flash forward and yoga continues to give her the same stillness and calm she found then. She’s currently leading practices that connect students with their innermost selves through Flow, Yin, Restorative, and Meditation. Learn more about her current teaching schedule including upcoming workshops, and what yoga opportunities she’s currently loving.

Lauren also enjoys swimming and running. You can say hello at her local Starbucks in Milton or all over Atlanta at tech events. She’s a big fan of crossword puzzles and champagne.
